The new Feed Settings feature has been added in WooCommerce GSheet Connector Latest Version 2.0.37.
Why Use Feed Setting Updates? #
The Feed Setting feature allows you to create and manage separate Google Sheets for different types of data – giving you more control and flexibility.
For example, if you want to create an Order Feed specifically for Completed Orders, you can configure a feed just for that.
You can also refine and select only the fields you want in the Order Header, so the generated Google Sheet contains just the data you need.
With this feature, you can:
-
Create separate feeds for different order types or statuses
-
Enable or disable specific fields before syncing
-
Generate a clean and customized Google Sheet that fits your exact reporting needs
-
Manage feeds based on custom order statuses as well
This helps you keep your data organized and easy to manage—making it more efficient to use and analyze.

Syncing Settings #
Before syncing products, orders, customers, or any data to Google Sheets, it’s essential to first use the Integration with Google Manual Method Authentication. This ensures that if you’re dealing with large volumes of data, you won’t encounter any Google quota limit issues.
Note: If you have a large volume of data exceeding 1,000 rows, you must manually add more rows to the sheet, as shown in the image.
